Description
We have 4 apartments available to our guests, in the quiet surroundings and each with its own entrance from the outside. Apartments Aniva 1 and Aniva 2 are located on the 1st floor of the house, Aniva 3 and Aniva 4 are on the 2nd. Size of each apartment is 35 square meters, not including the balcony. Size of the balconies are 12 square meters for Aniva 1 and Aniva 2, and 6 square meters for Aniva 3 and Aniva 4. There are one bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom with shower, living room with couch-bed for 2 persons (195×130 cm) and kitchen per each apartment.
The rental prices are valid for overnight stay in one apartment.
Sojourn tax and usage of all apartment features are included in the given prices.
One parking spot per apartment is provided.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Pets are not allowed. Advance payment of 50 euros out total fee is necessary to confirm a reservation, remaining fee is payable upon arrival.

Aniva Apartments are located 3.5 km away from the city of Trogir, on Ciovo island, Okrug Gornji area. The island is connected with bridge to the mainland. The house is situated in Mavarštica bay, where are the nearest pebble and rocky beaches. Village center is 500 m away, where you can find shops, post office, ATMs, pharmacy, doctor, dentist and restaurants. Diving center is 200 m away. 700m further is Saldun bay with a long pebble walk, sandy beaches, and number of bars and beach clubs where you can enjoy rich nightlife. In Saldun you can take a boat line to Trogir and enjoy beautiful site of the old town.
