Typical old Zagreb apartment in the condominium in the Old Lower Town, with high ceilings and nice comfortable proportions is newly reconstructed. It became a loft – open space with possibility to close the bedroom area with a big sliding door.
A "loft " done from old apartment is spacy and large area including a large entry area, living room and kitchen all as an open space, small fancy bathroom with shower and a double-bed bedroom area with small balcony. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed for 2 persons and in the living room there is a sofa bed for another 2 persons as extra bed.
It is non conventional space but comfortable and intimate in the same time and well located in the center of the town but in the quiet street and pleasant area. It is on the ground floor, the living room is facing the quiet street, and from the bedroom you can enjoy a silence of the private garden area.

Neighborhood
It is in condominium immersed in a beautiful park, in the center of the town but in the quiet area. There is no traffic here and still you can hear the birds in the park. The neighborhood is safe. There are lot of trams make you easy moving around. In the neighborhood there are lot of night clubs,shops,bars and restaurants, concert hall is close, which makes this location convenient for young people, students and tourists, but also there are office towers, embassies, faculties which makes this location perfect for the business trips.

Check in: basically from 3pm, but can be flexible and arranged by e-mail or phone after booking
Pick up keys - at the apartment
When you booked our flat we will give you instruction how to come to our address and we will wait for you.
If you have any problems to find our place you can always phone to us and we can explain you directions or we can arrange meeting differently.
Check out: basically until 11am, but can be flexible and arranged during your stay
Reservation deposit and security deposit
We consider reservation valid after you payment of reservation deposit. The amount of reservation deposit depends on how long is your stay. After you decide for dates of your stay we will send you an amount and our bank account to transfer us reservation deposit.
Payment of the rest of the price – in cash at the apartment on the day of check in.
For staying 30 or more days we are asking security deposit - 500 euro – which we will give back to you after checking of the apartment on the day of check out. For staying 1 year we are asking deposit of 1200 euro.
Cancellation policy
10 days and more before arrival date - we will refund total reservation deposit with deduction of bank's fee.
10 - 3 days before arrival date - we will keep 30% of your reservation deposit - minimum 1 day price, rest we will refund to you with deduction of bank's fee.
3 - 0 days before arrival - we will keep the reservation deposit.
Minimum stay - 3 days, for 1 or 2 days added payment of 10 euro a day
