Before it arrives, please send me mail. I live in the same house, I or someone from my house will welcome you and give you the keys. Please follow chek out, due to the arrival of other guests.

In order to provide you a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house rules.

Upon arrival at the apartment submit host your identity card or passport for registration at the Tourist Office.
Bed linen is included and changed every 7 days. The owner is not obliged to clean and tidy apartment. During the use of the apartment you are obliged themselves to maintain order and cleanliness of the same. During the summer, please day the garbage from the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the common areas is not permitted in the rooms. Consider the possible fire hazard.
The landlord has no right without notice or permission to enter the guest rented apartment, or use the guest's personal belongings. The landlord can enter the premises without the guest only in cases where there is reasonable suspicion that the house or the guest is in danger when reasonably suspected violation of the house rules.
The owner is not responsible for the guest, but will do everything in its power to protect and warn guests about possible dangers.
Pets are allowed in the apartment only with the permission of the landlord. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, and the landlord or agency has the right to cancel accommodation.
It is not allowed to bring in easily inflammable and explosive materials and with strong or unpleasant smell. Furthermore, the apartment is not allowed to bring electric appliances without the host's permission. This rule does not apply to electric appliances for personal care.Please take care of the rented room or apartment, to turn off electrical appliances and taps. Especially do not leave the air conditioner while not in the apartment or use it with open windows and doors. When leaving the room (apartment / room) please close all the windows and doors in case of a storm, lightning, or drafts would be no damage.
Persons who are not guests of rented accommodation is not allowed overnight or day care, or use inventory without the express permission of the host. If any other persons who are not registered or have not announced when booking, or host agency have the right to cancel accommodation. And if you are absent more than two days, please notify the host.
Guests who intentionally or by accident or damage to the property will have to reimburse the full amount of damage. Not allowed removal of furniture and equipment without special permission. We pray for responsible behavior and handling. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to invite the host to the presence of views all rooms and appliances in order to prove that they are not damaged. Only then the customer has to depart.
We kindly ask you to leave the day of departure, accommodation until 10.00 am so that it can be cleaned and tidied up the other guests who come after you and they have the right to enter until 14:00.
