Apartment for 4 - 6 persons, approx. 100 m2, on the 1st floor of a family house. Separate access to the property.
Bedroom 1 with queensize bed (1,60 m wide, 2 m long), Bedroom 2 (exit to the terrace) with queensize bed (1,90 m wide, 2 m long),
living room with double sofa bed (1,25 m wide, 1,90 m long). Kitchen open to the living room and dining area with exit to terrace.
Sanitary 1: shower, WC, Sanitary 2: WC.
Kitchen equipment: 3 gas rings, 1 electric plate, oven, refrigerator, freezing compartment, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster.
Equipment: satellite TV, internet access. Combined heating/air conditioning.
Outdoor facilities: grill built of stone (on the ground floor, shared use).
Parking: 1 parking place in front of the house.
Bed linen available. Change every 7 days are included. Air conditioning: EUR 5 / day. Pet: allowed, EUR 5 / day. Registration: EUR 4/person

Directions
Arriving to Pula you should take a detour around Pula following direction Marina Veruda and Verudela. You have to pass turns directions Medulin, Premantura, and Pjescana Uvala.
On the following intersection you will see Marina Veruda on the left side, but you have to turn on the right side. Than again you should turn on the right side to street De Francesci.
Our house is on the right side after approx. 300 meters.

Our apartments are located in a new and peaceful settlement of Pula, Veruda Porat, close to Marina Veruda, in a family house.
