The house was built and is categorized as a studio where guests staying alone. It is located in the bay that had a clear view to the island of Hvar, Vis and open sea.
Access to the house is a paved road from Milne (approximately 1500m in length) width of 3 - 4m with occasional extensions for any passing vehicles. The remaining part of the length of approximately 500 m is a well-kept gravel road which is partly paved.
The house was built at the end of "blind" street. The first building on the left is only about 40 meters and on the right side of the green belt (pine forest). Relatively small distance to Milne allows guests presence various entertainment facilities and events and complete peace of home when they want.
In the near and distant surroundings facility there are numerous paths through the olive groves and pine forests suitable for walking or cycling.
The nearest beach is rocky or concrete plateaus, and sandy beaches are 250-500 m
