The villa is ideal for large families or groups wanting to spend a memorable and relaxing vacation. The house is fully air conditioned, and guests are enabled an Internet access.

It was built in 2004. using best materials, area size of 218 m2, land area size of 350 m2, which contains three parking spaces. Boat mooring, parking, barbecue and outdoor shower are available for guests to rest. Boat for up to six people can be hired on request.
