House Rules
Dear guests,
We kindly ask you to follow the following instructions:
• Stay in the house begins at 12 pm on the first day of the stay and ends at 12 pm on the last day.
• The night's rest at home begins at 22 pm and ends at 8 am. Guests are obliged to respect the appropriate peace and quiet in respect for the neighbors.
• While staying in the house, guests can use the outdoor grill but they must provide coal by themselves. After using the grill, the gusts are obligated to clean out in consideration to other users. Also please be careful when handling barbecue coals in order to prevent unwanted fire.
• Host is the one who is doing cleaning of the house after the shift of the guests. Linens, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and kitchen paper are given upon arrival while other amounts guests provide it by themselves.
• Bed linen is changed in shifts, and for the guests who stay more than 10 days, the new linen is given on 7th day, and guests change it by themselves.
• At arrival, guests get the key which they have to keep and take care of the locking of the house because the owners are not responsible for the theft and neglect in the home.
• Guests are introduced to the use of all items, inventory and equipment in the house and therefore must turn off all appliances when leaving the house, close or secure windows from the wind.
• Hosts reserve the right in exceptional circumstances, in the absence of guests to enter the house if they notice that the entry is necessary to prevent damage or danger of unforeseen proportions, like: leakage of water, fire, closing windows because of rain or strong wind. Host will inform the guest about entering the house as well as the reason for entry.
• Guests who are not registered are not permitted to stay or sleep in the house.
•Guests are required to notify the host if they have any visit. Also, it is not allowed to bring any weapons, narcotics and other dangerous or flammable items in the house. Guest is allowed to bring additional appliances, equipment or machinery only with special approval from the host.
• Pets are not allowed in the house except with the consent of the host.
• Smoking is allowed in the house, except in the bedrooms. We would like to ask you not to throw cigarette butts in the yard or outside of it, and to take all preventive measures against fire for your personal safety.
• The owner is not responsible for the eventual disappearance of guest’s personal things or values.
• In case of failure or damage to installations, furniture, appliances or equipment suites guest must notify the host. If the occurrence of damage is guest’s fault, the guest is obliged to reimburse the appropriate value.
