Apartments are located approximately 100 meters from the sea in a newly constructed and equipped family home.
The house has three apartments that can be seen in the figures below.
Suite: "A" (3-4), and "B" (3-4) are ground. Identical include: kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom, bedroom and a shared terrace.
Apart, "C" (4-5) in the second to floor there is a kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 terraces overlooking the sea.
Parking spaces are in the yard in the shade pergula and in the garage.
We also have the small boat for sightseeing and scour around.

Neighborhood
In the north part of Dalmatian county, 14 kilometers far from historical city of ZADAR,
a little place called PRIVLAKA is situated.
If you are trying to find a little, silent and relaxing place with undisturbed nature without the urban rushes and traffic, PRIVLAKA is just your choice.
Althouth the house is alone and very close to the sea, you will be nicely suprised when in the early morn and evening hear nice song of exotic bird's ( pheasants-beautiful gold colours, partridges, blackbirds, woodpeckers etc.), whitch you can see only in the several reservation.
Our appartments are situated in the little part of PRIVLAKA called Mletak, 100 meters far from sea which is absolutely clean. There are choices like intimate rocky beach, where no one will disturb you, sand beach called Plisa, and a little bay on it's own.
In the centre of Privlaka there are many little caffes and intimate restorants which are offering you lots of different sea-food specialites.
For night going out there are lots of different clubs and parties.
Small market for food and everyday necessities are very close.
Less than 2 kilometers from village of Mletak in Privlaka there is intresting historical town called
